During the initial assembly, lashing will allow the Dyneema to be significantly tensioned (stretched), then the usual tension to be installed in the shroud using the turnbuckle. Its advantages:
- Stainless steel rigging can be replaced without modification to the boat.
- LASHING allows you to leave the splices on the rope untouched, splices that are a bit technical to do correctly.
- We can return to stainless steel rigging if the textile solution is not satisfactory.
- The body of the QUICKRACE turnbuckle is identical in both versions, TEXTILE and STAINLESS STEEL, therefore reusable.
