HAWK Drift Lips are made of a specially formulated polyester film and dacron.

This fabric has very special characteristics of stiffness, flexibility and tear resistance that make it a perfect film to cover your centerboard well keeping water out while allowing the centerboard to pass through it.

When assembling you can decide to fit a single piece across the width covering the whole, or if you want, two separate strips (one on each side) overlapping by about 1cm. The HAWK fin lips are to be glued with epoxy glue or Sikaflex.
