It is lined with a foam slab that does not absorb water. Its construction is securely stitched and decorated with a rubber logo. The back end has a pressed ring and is sewn flat to prevent twisting. Bungee cord loops allow for easy access and pull-up. The front ends are open for attachment with a plate or rope.
